Refund policy

Black Friday 2024 return policy:

  • Any items purchased during our Black Friday 2024 sale is a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. If there are any damaged or defective items in your order, please email saltnfinco@gmail.com and included your name, email and order # with pictures of the damaged or defective areas.

 

Return policy for jewelry & keychains:

  • We do allow returns for store credit within 15 days of the customer receiving the item. We only allow returns for jewelry (except earrings), keychains & pins which must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped.
  • For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.
  • We are not responsible for the normal wear and tear of the jewelry, keychains & pins after 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Return policy for bags:

  • Each bag is made to order, no returns on these items.

Return policy for clothing: 

  • Each clothing item is made to order, no returns on these items. Please be sure on sizing before placing an order; a size chart is available under each product description. 

Return policy for hats & socks:

  • Each hat & sock are made to order, no returns on these items. 

Return policy for stickers:

  • We do NOT allow returns/exchanges for stickers.

Other return policies:

  • We do NOT allow returns for any items purchased with a discount code. NO REFUNDS
  • We do NOT offer refunds for any items lost/delayed in transit. Once the parcel is obtained by the shipping carrier, any issues must be resolved with the shipping carrier. 
  • If an item is defective/damaged, we do allow exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The exchange must be the same item that was purchased. Pictures of the defective/damage item must be provided.

      2. include your name, shipping address, order # and a brief description of the issue with pictures of any damages or defective areas.
      3. we will respond within 24 hours to move forward with instructions on the return.
